This website is operated by World Is Youth ("WIY"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to World Is Youth. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All products are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of a product.

All items in the "From Street To The Stars" collection are limited edition. Once a size or product is sold out, it will not be restocked.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

PURCHASES

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 5-10 business days across North America. Free shipping is available on orders over $150 CAD. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of World Is Youth and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. The WRLDYTH globe logo and "From Street To The Stars" are trademarks of World Is Youth. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

World Is Youth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
